$2,000. Silicon Valley Clean Energy Home Rebates HP HVAC (gas replacement). https://www.svcleanenergy.org/home-rebates/ Program terms checked 2026-10-21.
Sunnyvale addresses are not on the San Jose Clean Energy program. The rebate shown above is the Silicon Valley Clean Energy gas-replacement case. This page prints no other figure.
Do not add a number from a flyer. Do not borrow the San Jose rebate. The official page is the link in the rebate shown above, next to the date it was checked.
Wolfe Road runs beside Cupertino and, further along, beside San Jose. A Sunnyvale address on the east side of that road still belongs on this page.
Many houses in Lakewood and Ponderosa are tract houses. The furnace is often in a hall closet. The outdoor unit often sits on a side slab.
Murphy Avenue is the old downtown, with smaller lots. A cabinet may have to clear a gate. Say which of those the address is closer to, so the shop knows the access.
Say whether the house heats with gas today. The rebate name is gas replacement. A house that already has a heat pump is a different job. Do not assume the rebate shown above covers that house.
Also note whether the panel is in the garage or on an exterior wall. That note is not another dollar figure.
Enter a ZIP code to see the heat pump rebate on file for that address.
Leave the Sunnyvale address and say whether the heat today is gas. Thanks. A licensed shop in Sunnyvale handles the work, and this form sends your request there.
