Santa Clara is a separate city from San Jose. Mail that says Santa Clara is sometimes a San Jose address. San Jose mail sometimes sits on the other side of the same street.
This page is for a house inside the Santa Clara city limit. El Camino Real runs through both cities. North of the Caltrain station, older houses and newer infill share streets. The form needs the street number, not a neighborhood nickname.
This page does not print a program amount. Do not copy a figure from the San Jose installation page onto a Santa Clara bill. Do not copy one from the Sunnyvale page either.
The name on the electric bill decides whether a program applies. A San Jose Clean Energy bill belongs on the San Jose installation page. A Silicon Valley Clean Energy bill belongs on the Sunnyvale page.
Many houses in Agnew are single-story, with the furnace in a garage closet. Many houses toward the municipal golf course are built the same way.
Some streets just south of Franklin Mall mix small apartments with older bungalows. A bungalow and a fourplex do not share a line path. Say which one the address is. The form does not ask you to choose equipment.
Enter a ZIP code to see the heat pump rebate on file for that address.
Leave the street address inside Santa Clara and say whether the house heats with gas today. Thanks. A licensed shop in Santa Clara handles the work, and this form sends your request there.
